The gallbladder stores bile involved in digestion. Gallstones can cause pain, inflammation, and other complications. When surgical indications are present, removal of the gallbladder eliminates the organ responsible for recurrent gallbladder-related problems. At Ahvar Clinic, surgical access and procedure extent are selected according to the clinical situation.
