Hair transplantation at Ahvar Clinic is an advanced restoration method that returns natural density and a balanced hairline even in significant hair loss (androgenetic or cicatricial alopecia). We utilize gentle microsurgical FUE techniques in which individual follicular units are extracted from the donor region without incisions or sutures. This ensures the absence of visible linear scars, a swift recovery period, and maximum graft viability. Every stage is executed with utmost precision: from mathematical calculation of graft density to custom hairline sculpting perfectly harmonized with facial proportions.

What it addresses / benefits

  • use of the patient’s own hair follicles
  • natural angle and direction of hair growth
  • no linear postoperative scars
  • follicle survival rate up to 95–98%
  • suitable for scalp, beard, eyebrow, and mustache areas
  • individualized hairline design and graft placement planning.

Preparation

Before the procedure, a consultation with trichoscopic evaluation of both the donor area and thinning zones is conducted. 7–10 days prior to the procedure, medications affecting blood clotting should be discontinued (as approved by a physician), and alcohol and smoking avoided. Required laboratory tests are prescribed during the consultation.

How the procedure is performed

1. Consultation and agreement on the frontal hairline contour. 2. Local anesthesia of the donor and recipient zones for patient comfort. 3. Gentle extraction of viable follicular units (grafts) using specialized micro-instruments. 4. Sorting and preparation of grafts in a nutrient solution. 5. Micro-incisions and individual graft implantation at a natural growth angle. 6. Antiseptic treatment and detailed post-procedure recovery instructions.

Result / recovery

Gentle washing of the scalp following special instructions is required for the first 3–5 days. Micro-marks from harvesting and implantation heal within 7–10 days. After 3–4 weeks, transplanted hairs may temporarily shed (shock loss is a normal physiological process), and follicles transition into active growth. Full natural results mature over 9–12 months.
