Ultrasonic cleansing is considered a gentle device-based method for superficial skin cleansing. It does not replace mechanical extraction of dense deep comedones and is not a treatment for active acne. For this reason, the type of cleansing should be selected according to the current skin condition. At Ahvar Clinic, ultrasonic cleansing is performed after cosmetologist assessment.

Preparation
The cosmetologist evaluates the skin before treatment. Significant inflammation, skin damage, or certain medical conditions may require modification of the protocol.
How the procedure is performed
A cleansed and moistened skin surface is treated with an ultrasonic spatula. The specialist works sequentially over selected areas to remove superficial impurities and part of the keratinized cell layer. Finishing skincare is then applied.
Result / recovery
The skin may appear cleaner and smoother after treatment. A prolonged recovery period is generally not required.
